For the first time, every Municipality acquires a modern, integrated framework for land uses, building regulations, environmental protection and the organisation of residential space \u2014 replacing decades of fragmented planning and securing legal certainty in construction. The programme is implemented by the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), under the Ministry of Environment and Energy, within the National Recovery Plan &#8220;Greece 2.0&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>ILIDA Consulting Engineers SA takes an active part in this national effort, preparing 9 LUPs from Western Greece and Epirus to Thessaly, the Peloponnese and Crete:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Municipality of Pyrgos \u2014 \u20ac1,213,800<\/li>\n<li>Municipality of Heraklion \u2014 \u20ac1,135,260<\/li>\n<li>Municipality of South Pelion \u2014 \u20ac1,103,130<\/li>\n<li>Municipality of Ilida \u2014 \u20ac903,210<\/li>\n<li>Municipality of Phaistos \u2014 \u20ac875,840<\/li>\n<li>Municipality of Kantanos\u2013Selino \u2014 \u20ac854,420<\/li>\n<li>Municipality of Zacharo \u2014 \u20ac666,400<\/li>\n<li>Municipalities of Preveza and Ziros \u2014 \u20ac511,700<\/li>\n<li>Municipality of Velo\u2013Vocha \u2014 \u20ac414,834<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Total contract value: approx. \u20ac7.68 million (excl.
