ILIDA’s strength is its people: an interdisciplinary team of engineers and scientists who have been designing, studying and supervising public works across Greece for three decades.
Our design capacity consists of 47 certified designers registered in the Greek Registry of Design Firms, holding licences in 26 categories of studies with a total capacity of 321 units. In addition, the company employs 25 permanent salaried staff, mostly university graduates.
One team, many disciplines
Every infrastructure project is complex: it needs surveyors and civil engineers, architects and spatial planners, geologists, environmental scientists, electrical and mechanical engineers. At ILIDA all these disciplines work under one roof and in parallel, so that every study is examined from all angles at once.
Our staff are mostly university graduates, and the team is complemented by IT specialists, lawyers and economists who support project management, data security and regulatory compliance.

How we work
We organise ourselves in project teams with clear roles and a management system certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301 and 50001. We invest steadily in staff training and in modern surveying and design equipment:
