ILIDA Consulting Engineers SA has been active since 1997 in the preparation of studies for public works and the provision of Technical Consultant services to central government, local authorities and the private sector.
Headquartered in Chavari, Ilia, with central offices in Nea Ionia, Attica, we cover the full life cycle of a project: from initial design, permitting and maturation studies, through tender documents, to construction support and operation.

We pursue high-quality technical solutions that contribute effectively to development and build long-term, stable relationships of trust with the authorities we serve. Our work is organised in nine fields: hydraulic works, environment and sustainable development, surveying and GIS, National Cadastre studies, spatial and urban planning, architectural works, regenerations, transportation projects, and project management / Technical Consultant services.
Beyond Greece, we have carried out design and supervision in Cyprus (Paphos, Paralimni – Protaras) and a geotechnical study for refinery facilities in Romania.
Our history
The company began operating in 1997 in Chavari, Ilia, initially as “S. Liaros & Co.”, and since 2016 has operated as a société anonyme engineering consultancy under the name “ILIDA CONSULTING ENGINEERS SA”.
Since 2005 it has maintained a branch in Nea Ionia, Attica, housed in a privately owned 2,000 m² bioclimatic building. The building was recognised and praised for its pioneering bioclimatic design — heating, cooling and lighting through passive energy systems (newspaper “TA NEA”, energy feature, 24.11.2007 · Ministry of Development “Competitiveness” programme).
Our commitment to energy efficiency, which started with our own office building, is today certified under ISO 50001.

We operate an Integrated Management System certified by accredited bodies (Bureau Veritas Certification, AXIA CERT) to six international standards. Quality certification has been maintained continuously since 2008.

Memberships & partnerships
We are registered in the Greek Registry of Design Firms (Reg. No. 469) and are members of the Hellenic Association of Consulting Firms (SEGM) and the Association of Geoinformatics & Cadastre Companies.
We work with established engineering offices in Patras, Pyrgos, Zakynthos and Trikala, giving us a local presence for projects across the country.
